19 Weeks of The Organised Kollective: Reflections from the Deep End
Starting a business is one thing. Building one while your entire life changes? That’s something else.
19 weeks.
That’s how long it’s been since I took the leap — leaving behind 12 years in the ultra-glossy world of Mayfair private equity.
12 years of moving the needle behind the scenes, making things happen without ever having to pitch or sell.
But when I stepped out from behind the curtain to build The Organised Kollective, I found myself in a new world.
A world where I wasn’t just supporting someone else’s vision — I was creating my own.
But building a dream isn’t always dreamy.
Everything you see — from the branding, website, and e-books to the soft launch of our candle range — has been bootstrapped.
Every penny accounted for. Every late night poured into a vision I knew was real.
And I didn’t just do it with a team of investors or endless free time.
I did it while navigating redundancy.
While buying my first flat as a single mum.
While raising two boys — Monday to Friday, alone.
Testing is an understatement. Loneliness is an understatement.
Anxiety and intense financial pressure? An understatement.
There have been failed launches. Trial and error.
Days where our Creative Director, Alicia and I will debrief over a slow launch, lick our wounds and get back up with the next thing.
But despite the chaos — I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Because beyond the pressure, I’ve found purpose.
I’ve taken the struggles I’ve faced in motherhood — the overwhelm, the isolation, the fear that I was failing — and I’ve turned them into strategies.
Strategies that now live at the heart of The Organised Kollective.
And here we are, at the cusp of something incredible: The Milestone Method.
A digital download that represents so much more than a product.
It’s 10 years of hard-earned lessons.
10 years of clawing my way out of post-natal depression.
10 years of navigating motherhood with limited family support.
10 years of fighting to help my child overcome early developmental delays.
But those 10 years didn’t end in struggle.
They brought me here — to a place where I’m building my dream business:
🌿 A hub where women can find peace, productivity, and purpose.
🌿 A place where mums can access tools to unlock their child’s potential — without losing themselves.
And I’m not just creating this in theory — I’m living it.
One of my sons is headed to Harrow School, one of the best schools in the UK.
Both of my boys are happy, thriving, and loved.
Because I didn’t just survive motherhood’s challenges — I learned how to rise through them.
And now I’m on a mission to help other mums do the same.
If you’re ready to take your next step, to build peace and purpose in your home, and to give your child the best start possible…
