In 2014, our founder Charlotte faced postnatal depression, overwhelm, and a complete loss of identity. What saved her? A simple time-blocking system that created space for joy, self-care, and clarity — even in the chaos.
Fast forward 11 years — and that same system helped her son, who once faced early speech and emotional delays, win a place at Harrow School, one of the UK’s most prestigious institutions.
Now, Charlotte has turned that journey into The Milestone Method — a transformational 1:1 coaching experience for mums who want to unlock their child’s full potential through structure, strategy, and support.
