The Story

Meet the Founder.

I, Charlotte Chinwe Kuti nearly crashed out in 2025 after a series of back-to-back life changing events over a 24-month period:

  • Divorce (after 10 years of infidelity)

  • Navigating Co-parenting

  • Relearning Motherhood

  • Killing it in a high-pressured role as an EA

  • Sudden Redundancy when role moved to the UAE

  • Buying my first property

  • Setting up the Business of my Dreams

  • A hard-pause when my Mother became unwell and passed away in November 2025

  • Planning my Mum’s funeral. She was buried on the 11th December 2025 and would have been 68 yeard old on Christmas Day. Brutal.

Watching my Mum take her last breath changed my life forever.

It was the first time that I realised that you have to chase your happiness at all costs.

You have to live out your full potential at all costs. You cannot pause your dreams for the sake of anyone else, dare I say, not even your children. You cannot accept a version of yourself that doesn’t feel aligned with the person you know God has created you to be.

And you cannot accept loneliness.

My mother passed away a shell of herself - unable to move past her messy divorce to my Dad in 2008. It ate away at her and year on year she stopped doing the things that she loved. Her friendship circle got smaller and smaller until there was no one left. She has mentally given up and a decade later, her body gave up too.

This will be my driving force forever.

My mission is to create a community for women so that they never ever lose themselves - regardless of the lemons life throws at you. Together, here at The Grace Table and The Organised Kollective, we will make lemondade.

A bit more about Me.

I was born in 1988 in South-East London to NIgerian parents. I grew up as a Pastor’s Daughter. Thought I’d be a Solicitor, but realised I was obsessed with organisation and became an Executive Assistant instead - spending 15 years loving every part of working in the alternative investment space in boujie Mayfair offices.

I was married from 2015 - 2023 in a very difficult, toxic and unhealthy marriage, but was blessed with two wonderful boys in 2014 and 2016, respectively.
