About - The Organised Kollective
The Organised Kollective was born out of a question I carried for years: what would life look like if ambitious women had the time, space and structure to build what we were really here to create?
For me, that question began back in 2014. I’d just returned to my career in private equity five months after having my first child. Walking into the polished, organised offices of Mayfair — while juggling sleepless nights and the messy chaos of early motherhood — I realised something: structure creates freedom. When our environments support us, we thrive. When they don’t, we crumble.
Fast forward through marriage, divorce, single motherhood, and rebuilding — I’ve lived both sides. The overwhelm of trying to keep everything afloat, and the peace that comes when you take ownership of your time and design a life around what really matters.
That’s why I created The Organised Kollective (fondly known as TOK): to bridge the gap between motherhood and ambition. To give women spaces, systems and communities where they can take control of their time, energy and goals — without guilt, burnout or compromise.
Through:
✨ Power Hours — strategic 1:1 sessions for clarity and planning
✨ Finish Strong Fridays — in-person co-working experiences to end the week inspired and connected
✨ The Grace Table — a safe space for women walking through separation and divorce with faith and intention
TOK isn’t just about productivity. It’s about presence, purpose and peace. It’s about rewriting the story that says we can’t have ambition and motherhood in harmony. And it’s about creating a legacy — not just for ourselves, but for the next generation watching us..
Meet the Founder
Charlotte Kuti is the Founder of The Organised Kollective (TOK) — a lifestyle and productivity brand created to bridge the gap between motherhood and ambition.
After 15 years as an Executive Assistant in some of the world’s leading private equity firms, including Warburg Pincus, Apollo Global Management and Bain Capital, Charlotte developed an unrivalled expertise in time management, systems and strategic planning. But it was motherhood — and the challenges that followed — that transformed her understanding of what productivity really means.
When Charlotte became a mum in 2014, she battled post-natal depression and the loss of control that came with it. Her breakthrough came when she realised she couldn’t control her baby or partner — but she could control how she used her time. Time-blocking became her lifeline, and later the foundation of The Organised Kollective’s ethos.
Today, through Power Hours, Finish Strong Fridays, and The Grace Table, Charlotte helps ambitious women reclaim their time, create intentional structures, and pursue their goals without burnout or guilt.
She is also a writer, speaker, and advocate for women navigating separation and divorce within the church, sharing her journey openly to inspire others to rebuild with peace, purpose and faith. Charlotte lives in South East London with her two sons, Ezra and AJ.
