Our Story

Welcome to The Organised Kollective

I am Charlotte Kuti, founder of The Organised Kollective and TOK Works CIC. For 15 years, I built my career in private equity, supporting senior leaders in some of the most prestigious offices in Mayfair. Inside those glossy walls, I learned the power of structure, systems and community, and I used those lessons to rebuild my own life through seasons of postnatal depression, marital breakdown, redundancy and single motherhood.

What I discovered is that time, used intentionally, can be the difference between surviving and thriving.

The Organised Kollective began as a way to share this with others. Over time it has grown into three distinct but connected strands:

  • TOK Works CIC – affordable, school-run friendly co-working designed for ambitious women and underrepresented founders.

  • The Grace Table – a community for women of faith rebuilding their lives purposefully following separation and divorce, filling a gap where the church too often falls silent.

  • The TOK Shop – products that bring intentional living into everyday routines.

Our goal is to make ambition and healing accessible. Mothers, caregivers and women from all backgrounds deserve spaces that help them grow, both professionally and personally.

Meet the Team

I’m Alicia Little, a designer at heart — a Creative Junkie with a passion for branding, web design, and crafting experiences that delight. As Director of Digital Experience & Product Design at The Organised Kollective, I oversee the website, membership systems, and product offerings, ensuring everything runs smoothly while reflecting the values of our community.

A self-confessed perfectionist {in the best way}, I love obsessing over the details to make sure everything feels just right.

As a mother and business owner, I’ve experienced first-hand how hard it can be to find workspaces that actually fit the realities of life. This inspires me to build tools, products, and systems that make the TOK experience seamless, inspiring, and genuinely supportive for our members.

I am Sabrina Mason, Director of Design & Brand Experiences
As a mother and interior designer, I’m passionate about creating experiences that inspire, connect, and support our community. At The Organised Kollective, I guide our brand identity, communications, and the experiences we offer, making sure everything we do reflects the values and needs of our members.

From curating The Organised Mail to designing co-working sessions, supporting Finish Strong Fridays, and contributing to product launches and community gatherings, my goal is always to create spaces and experiences that are engaging, purposeful, and welcoming..

Being part of TOK means helping ambitious women thrive — and that’s what drives everything I do
